For normal skin
Combine 3 tablespoons 1 tablespoon buttermilk oat flour, stir and spread this mixture on the gauze, cut in the shape of the face. Put the napkin on your face, cover with another cloth. After 20 minutes, remove and wipe the face tonic.
Mask helps to remove age spots and freckles.
For dry skin
Mix 1 tsp yogurt, cottage cheese, vegetable oil and freshly squeezed carrot juice. Apply the mask on your face for 20 minutes, then put half a minute on the face soaked in warm water and cloth, and then rinse with warm water.
The mask nourishes the skin, eliminates peeling and restores the complexion.
For oily skin
1. Put in a warm place 0.5 cups of yogurt for 2-3 days. Moisten the cotton swab perekisshem yogurt, wring it out and wipe them skin in a circular motion. Repeat the procedure several times, wetting the swab all the more abundant, then squeeze the swab, remove any excess buttermilk, and after 10 minutes wash with warm water. If you do a mask before going to bed, you can not wash off (but only if the skin does not feel a burning sensation), and in the morning wash with warm water.
Mask cleans, whitens and tightens pores.
2. Mix 1 tsp herb sage and chamomile flowers, pour 0.5 cups of boiling water and leave under cover for 20 minutes, then strain. Mix 1 tsp yogurt, 1 tsp infusion and 1 tsp starch. Apply the mixture on the skin for 20 minutes, then remove the swab dipped in yogurt and wash with warm water.
The mask cleanses the skin and tightens pores well.
For oily skin
Grind in a coffee grinder 1 tbsp oatmeal, rice or wheat flour to the state, add to it on the tip of a knife baking soda and mix. Spread the mixture into the yogurt, to get a paste. A cotton swab dipped in gruel, wipe the forehead, chin, cheeks and neck. It is easy to massage the skin in a circular motion until the swab starts to slide over the skin. Then rinse with warm water gruel.
This mask cleans the skin from dead cells and blackheads point.
For aging skin
1. Grind in a coffee grinder 1 tsp rice, add 1 tsp yogurt and 1 tsp grapefruit juice. All mix and apply the mask on the skin for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
The mask smooths wrinkles and prevents their appearance.
2. Mix 1 tablespoon yogurt and 0.5 tsp vegetable oil and 0.5 whipped egg yolk. Apply the mixture on your face and neck for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm milk.
The mask has a nourishing effect.
For all skin types
1. Grate half cucumber, mix with yogurt, to get a paste, apply a thin layer on your face for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
Mask refreshes and gently whitens the skin.
2. Whisk the egg whites, add to it 3 tsp yogurt, 1 tsp honey (if you are not allergic to it) and milled oatmeal to obtain a slurry. Wipe face swab dipped in yogurt and apply the mask on the skin for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
This mask gives the skin a fresh, healthy appearance and is especially good as an emergency measure before going to the light.
For the neck skin
Mix 1 tablespoon the warmed buttermilk with 1 tbsp warm vegetable oil and apply a thin layer on the skin of the neck. Wrap the neck cloth or towel soaked in hot water. You can do all these manipulations before they take a bath. As long as you lie in the bath, the mask acts. Before you go out, rinse the mask with skin.
This mask helps to keep the old neck skin young and smooth.
