Day 3: fruits and raw vegetables any quantity, 1 liter of yogurt and 1 liter of fruit juice

4th day: 500 grams of chicken breast or fish, 1 liter of yogurt

5th day: fruits and raw vegetables in any quantity

Day 6: 400-500 g of cottage cheese with low-fat sour cream; 1 liter of yogurt

7th day: fruits and raw vegetables in unlimited quantities

8th day: 300 g chicken, 1 egg, salad vegetables in any quantity

9th day: fruits in any amount, 150 grams of beef, a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with vegetable oil in unlimited quantities

10th day: 150 grams of fish, 2 slices rye bread, a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with vegetable oil in any amount, 0.5 liters of yogurt

11th day: 2 eggs, 150 grams of beef, 4 pieces of rye bread, salad vegetables, 0.5 liters of yogurt

12th day: 1 liter of yogurt, fruits and vegetables as you want

13th day: 300 grams of chicken, vegetable salad as you want 2 eggs

14th day: 4 boiled potatoes, fruit as you want, 1 liter of yogurt

On the diet be sure to drink mineral water and green tea.
