Spring diet. Efficient and fast food diet for weight loss free.

The diet is not hungry, you can eat a lot of vegetables, but it does not go overboard. Avoid bananas and very sweet fruit. Drink plenty of mineral water or green tea.
When buying dairy products as part of this diet, pay attention to fat content. Optimum - not more than 1% but not more than 3%.

Spring diet

Breakfast:
1/2 jar of cheese (125 g), 2-3 crackers or toast, a spoon of honey tea or coffee without sugar.

Lunch:
1-2 fruit and green vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers).

Dinner:
A glass of fat-free soup (hash, vegetable, beetroot). Lean beef, veal or chicken without skin - boiled. Garnish - 3 tablespoons green peas and fresh vegetables.

Dinner:
1-2 crackers or Tostik, vegetables + 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 1/2 jars of cheese

Dinner:
1-2 fruit, 1 dietary yoghurt.

Before any meal you should drink a glass of 200 ml of non-carbonated mineral water.
