Monday

1. After dinner, go outside and walk briskly around one and a half kilometers - a single gram of weight from a hearty lunch is not going to your waistline.
2. Dinner for three hours before bedtime. You can eat meat or fish dish with any vegetable garnish. Drink green tea. Make a soothing herbal bath for legs and arms.

Tuesday (day of discharge)

1. Before lunch, you can eat only fruit and drink a glass of fortified juice or fruit drink.
2. Dine as usual. Before the meal, drink a glass of herbal tea with mint.

Wednesday

1. Make yourself a breakfast milk: milk porridge, cottage cheese, yogurt or yogurt.
2. Lunch should consist of two courses: soup and salad or a second and a salad (substitute white bread to rye or bran). Between lunch and taking liquids: tea, coffee, juice, or juice - must be at least 20 minutes.
