Fish diet

The duration of the diet - 10 days.

When waking up to drink a large glass of still water.

Breakfast:

2 cups of tea (preferably green), 1 or 2 eggs(Boiled in a bag, boiled, in the form of fried eggs or scrambled eggs), 1 or 2 cups of yogurt, or a plate of fat-free yogurt, 1 tablet of acids ascorbic (vitamin C) - in 10 days can be replaced by some fruit.

11 o'clock:

Glasses of water.

Dinner:

Before sleep, drink a cup of tea ready for weight loss.
