8 hours - one cup of tea, a slice of sugar.

11:00 - one hard-boiled egg and 8 berries prunes.

14 hours - 200 grams of cooked lean meat, 100g garnish (cabbage and carrots), one orange or an apple.

17 hours - 300 grams of cheese, an apple or an orange.

20 hours - one cup of yogurt or kefir.

This diet should be continued for ten days. Every drink is not limited. You need to go to four meals in ten days, but there is little, leaving the table a little hungry. Avoid sweet, flour, salt, fat (black bread a day not more than 100-150 g).
