Monday

Breakfast: toast with cheese, tea, kiwi.

Lunch: salad with boiled white fish.

Dinner: vegetable soup, 100 g fat-free cottage cheese, 1 slice of wholemeal bread.

Snacks: nuts, dried fruits, fruit juice, toast.

Tuesday

Breakfast: muesli with bio-yogurt or kefir.

Lunch: salad with boiled chicken breast.

Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of wholemeal bread, 2 slices of pineapple.

Snacks: oranges, apples, kiwi, avocado 1/2 pcs.

Wednesday

Breakfast: cottage cheese, yogurt, 1/2 banana.

Lunch: salad with boiled shrimp.

Dinner: vegetable soup, 50 g mozzarella cheese, 1 slice of wholemeal bread.

Snacks: grapefruit.

Thursday

Breakfast: buckwheat, steamed with boiled water to the grated carrots and celery, tea.

Lunch: salad with canned tuna (drained oil!).

Dinner: green beans, seasoned with tomatoes and onions with mashed potatoes, cooked with mango and pineapple.

Snacks: bio-yogurt, kiwi, orange.

Friday

Breakfast: porridge on water, tea or coffee without sugar.

Lunch: salad with boiled meat.

Dinner: a salad of olives and soy sprouts, chicken, flavored with lemon and garlic and baked in the oven in foil.

Snacks: nuts, dried fruits, fruit juice, toast.

Saturday

Breakfast: 1-2 boiled eggs, a portion of salad leaves.

Lunch: salad with 50 g feta cheese.

Dinner: baked potato with a salad of fresh vegetables.

Snacks: oranges, apples, kiwi, avocado 1/2 pcs.

Every day Drink 1 - 2 liters of still water.
