Turkey with vegetables

Ingredients (4 servings):

600 g turkey breast, 6 Morkovin, 1 onion, 300 g Chinese cabbage, 2 table. tablespoons sesame oil, salt, ground black pepper, 200 ml of broth, 4 cinnamon sticks, anise stars 4, 100 g cream

Preparation:

1. Turkey meat wash, dry and cut into slices. Prepare the vegetables. Carrots cut into slices, onion - small cubes, the leaves of Chinese cabbage to tear into pieces. 2. Sesame oil is heated in a large frying pan and stir well to fry the slices of meat in it. Season with salt and pepper. Add and lightly fry the onions. Pour in the broth, put the carrots, cinnamon sticks and star anise. Simmer for 5-8 minutes at low boil. Cinnamon and anise remove. Add Chinese cabbage gently to mix and leave on heat for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and fill with cream. Garnish, if desired, sticks of cinnamon and stars of anise.
