Tea or sweet sausage


Biscuits (shortbread, for example "Jubilee") - 600 g
Butter - 200 g
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l.
Milk - 1/2 stack.
Sugar - 1 stack.

1. Cookies crumble by hand or using a rolling pin (placing cookies in the package).
2. Mix with Cocoa sugar.
3. Butter cut into pieces and melt in a saucepan, add the milk, add the cocoa and sugar.
4. Put on the stove and heat stirring until sugar is completely dissolved (but do not boil!). Remove from heat, mix with crumbled cookies until a thick consistency.
5. Roll the sausage, wrap them in plastic wrap and put into the fridge for 6 hours. Cut like a sausage.
You can also add the condensed milk instead of sugar, along with cookies - walnuts.
