Squid salad with olives


Olives 0.5 banks
Squid 200g
Tomatoes 1 piece
Salad "Iceberg" 1 piece
Sweet pepper 1 piece
Lemons 1 piece
Garlic cloves 3
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Greens to taste
A mixture of peppers to taste

1. Thoroughly rinse, boil and clean the squid on film. Cut the rings and marinate for 20 minutes. To prepare marinade, combine the juice of 1 lemon, mustard, finely chopped garlic, salt and oil.
2. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, bell pepper strips. Chop lettuce.
3. Combine all ingredients, stir and season with olive oil sauce with chopped olives, chopped herbs, salt and pepper.
