500 g shrimp
4 basil leaves
3 glass of milk
3 cloves garlic
3 green onions pen
2 cup of broth
2 stalks celery
1 bay leaf
½ onions
4 tbsp. l. olive oil
2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
2 tbsp. l. flour
salt

Shrimp clean.

Stalk celery and onion to clean, cut into small pieces and fry, adding the tomato paste and flour, about 2 minutes.

Pour the onion and celery to the milk and broth, stir, put the shrimp, basil, boil for 7-10 minutes and serve the soup with shrimp for lunch or dinner.
