Soup with salmon, cauliflower and spinach

Ingredients:
salmon fillet - 500 g
Olive oil or butter - 2 tablespoons

Flour - 2 tbsp
3 potatoes (cut into cube 0.6-1 cm)

Paprika - 2 teaspoons
Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
Water - 2 cups
Milk - 1 cup
Fatty cream - ½ cup
A bunch of fresh spinach (leaves only)
Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation:
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat,fry onions until clear approximately 2 minutes. Add the flour and cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Pour water and stir with flour and onions. Put the potatoes, cauliflower. Cook, covered until the potatoes are ready (about 15 minutes). Add the paprika, Tabasco, milk and cream. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Put in a pan sliced ​​fish and cook as much as you need it to cook properly. Then put sliced ​​or torn spinach and hold hands for a minute on the fire. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
