Salmon fillet without skin
Olive oil or mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic or garlic powder
My favorite seasoning for fish
For the crumbs:
Bread crumbs (Panco)
Preheat oven to 500F.
Rinse fillets under cold running water.
Dry with a towel.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic squeezed through chesnokodavku well and rub into the fillets.
On both sides with olive oil or sbyrzgat If we use mayonnaise, put the fillets skin side (which is not) down, and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise (for that would be stuffing "stick")
For the topping:
Stir in Parmesan and bread crumbs in proportions of 2: 1
Empty the crumbs on top of the fillet and squeeze whatever crumb not flew.
Cut the fillets into portions.
Place the trays in the oven with the loin and immediately reduce the temperature to 275F.
Bake for 9 minutes.
Enable mode broil and bake for another 3-4 minutes, until the baby does not redden.
