Potato casserole

Ingredients (4 servings):

- 2 apples
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 600 g of potatoes
- 125 grams of cooked ham
- 350 ml cream
- 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation:

1. Apples, cored, cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Peel the potatoes and finely nastrogat on vegetable shredder slices about 2 mm thick. Ham cut into small cubes.
