Outside, the last warm days of leaving. And, as we would not want to delay this glorious time, autumn always comes. Right now it is important to enjoy the warm autumn and give yourself a refreshing coffee beverage. Ingredients for it is not difficult to find and are usually on hand.

We need: ready espresso, coffee syrup, ice cream (coffee and cream), cream (fat content of not less than 33%)

Once you cook the usual espressoway for you (to Turku, using the espresso machines and coffee makers), it must be cool. Then, in a tall glass is laid out ice cream. It is best to use it to form a pyramid, alternating ice cream. Above, on the edges of the syrup is poured and cooled coffee. Above you can decorate with whipped cream.
If the hand you did not have the coffee syrup, it can replace the coffee liqueur. A cream, to taste, sweetened with powdered sugar.

5 glasses of milk,
2.5 cups of strong brewed coffee,
3 tbsp. spoon of vanilla sugar,
100 g of chocolate,
23 cups of whipped cream,
6 cinnamon sticks,

Pour 3 cups of milk in a pan and put iton a slow fire, but do not bring to a boil. Mix the coffee and the remaining 2 cups of milk in a separate refractory glass container like a jar, add a little sugar. Add the milk that was left at the beginning of cooking, vanilla sugar and bring it to a boil, turn down the flame and put it in chocolate, broken down into smaller parts. Gently stir, "dissolve" in milk chocolate. Pour chocolate milk prepared in a glass container and whisk until abundant foam. Serve in a tall glass, resting on top of the whipped cream, cinnamon stick and sprinkle with nutmeg.
