Lemon cake pudding


Flour - 150 g.
Sugar - 250 gr.
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Milk - 350 ml.
Lemon - 1 pc.
Butter - 20 gr.
Salt - ½ tsp..


Mix the flour, salt and sugar until smooth flour mixture.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with butter and lemon zest.
To enter the beaten egg yolk lemon juice and continue beating.
Next, enter the first part of the alternating flour mixture, then milk and so on.
Separately, whip until fluffy foam proteins, add salt.
Mix the beaten egg whites with the yolk mass.
Molds for cakes lubricated and sprinkle with flour. Put them in the dough.
In a small pan pour a little boiling water and put the molds, so that the water was just the bottom of the molds.
Put the pan in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 30 - 35 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar cupcakes.
