French chicken soup

2 boiled egg yolks
40 g white bread without crust
750 ml chicken broth
100 g white mushrooms
parsley half
30 g butter
2 chicken fillets
130 ml cream
salt pepper
a pinch of nutmeg

The milled bread put in the half broth and bring to boil. Mushrooms and parsley chopped.
The oil was heated in a frying pan, fry the fillets. Add the mushrooms, pour a small amount of chicken broth, cook for 10 minutes.
Then the meat, mushrooms, bread, broth, parsley and whisk the egg yolks in a blender, pour into a saucepan and add the rest of the heated broth and cream. Season with salt and pepper, add the nutmeg.
