Olive oil 60 ml
Honey 3 tbsp. l.
Lemon 2 pc.
Lemon zest 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 h. L.
Black pepper 0.5 hours. L.
Chicken breast 4 pc.
Flour 1 tbsp.
Corn starch 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon zest 1 ch. L.
Mix in a bowl with olive oil, honey, lemon juice, 1 tbsp. spoon peel and 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken pieces and place in a resealable bag.
Add to it the cooked mixture, shake the bag to fillet covered with the marinade and put into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Mix in a large bowl the flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon peel and remaining salt and pepper. To stir thoroughly.
Heat a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Add to it 1 tbsp. spoon of oil.
Roll the chicken in the flour mixture and fry in a pan in portions until lightly browned (3-4 minutes on each side). If necessary, add to the pan a little oil.
Serve with rice and sauce from a few spoons of honey with lemon zest.
