Crab salad balls

-200 Grams of crab sticks;
-100 Grams of cheese;
-2 eggs;
-1 Clove of garlic;


1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes after boiling. Cool, Gulf of cold water.
2. Crab sticks grate (one stick, you can leave for decoration).
3. Cheese grate.
4. Eggs grate.
5. In the salad bowl put the cheese, eggs and half crab sticks.
Add 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise and a clove of garlic, squeezed through chesnokodavilku. Mix into a homogeneous mass.
From the resulting mass to form balls about the size of a ball for table tennis. Roll in remaining crab chips.
6. Put the balls on a plate ready, decorate as desired chopped crab sticks and green.
