Coffee in the Caribbean

Dark rum - 30
Whipped cream

In the finished espresso add rum, top with cream.

3 recipe

For 1 serving:
Coffee - 10 g (ground for the Turk)
Rum - 2-3 ml
Sugar - 5 g
Water - 25 ml
Cream - 30 ml

The pots pre-ground coffee and pour itcold water, bring to a boil three times (but do not boil), then remove the finished coffee from the heat and drain. Add a teaspoon of cold water and rum. Cover with sweet whipped cream.

At 8-10 servings:
1 medium-sized coconut
2 cups milk
4 cups of strong roasted Costa Rican coffee
1 teaspoon sugar
