French mustard - ½ cup (100 g)
Honey - ½ cup (100 g)
Lemon - ½ piece
Paprika - ½ teaspoon
Salt - ½ tsp
Red pepper - ¼ tsp
Garlic - 1 clove
Chicken breasts - 4 pieces
Crush garlic, chop and mix with salt, paprika and pepper.
Add the mustard and honey.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Stir the sauce.
Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts, but leave 4 tablespoons of sauce for later (one spoon on the breast).
Leave for 35-40 minutes breasts marinated (at room temperature). Do not place in the fridge!
Cook on the grill (medium heat) from both sides (6-7 minutes)
