Chicken cutlets in cheese batter


700 g of chicken;
3 eggs;
150 g of cheese
Flour, salt, pepper, juice of half a lemon


Every half chicken cut in half, lightly beat off, salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Beat eggs, cheese grate, add to the eggs.
Each piece of meat roll in flour, then in egg-cheese mixture and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked.
