4 chicken fillets (2 breasts)
60 g butter
2 tablespoons chopped herbs (parsley I + basil, mint can be used)
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon flour (whole wheat)
Each fillet cut into 2 thin patties along. Season with salt, pepper to taste, rolled in flour and shake off excess.
Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil on high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. We shift to the dish and keep warm.
Melt the butter, mix with lemon juice and chopped herbs. The resulting mixture pour breasts and serve.
