Cheese dumplings in sauce

Serves 4:

- 30 g margarine
- 40 g semolina
- 50 g of cottage cheese
- salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Grated nutmeg
- 250 g carrots
- 1 yellow zucchini
- 1 small stalk of leek
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 250 ml of milk
- 100 ml of cream


1. 10 g of softened margarine whisk, mix with a little semolina. Then enter the yolk, the remaining cereal and cottage cheese. Season. The dough cover and leave for 30 minutes.

2. Cut Vegetables. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté in the remaining margarine. Add zucchini half carrot and leek. Simmer 2 minutes. Pour the milk and broth. Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper and nutmeg. Cook for 15 minutes. To mix the cream.

3. From the dough to form the dumplings and boil in salted water. The remaining carrots add the vegetable sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Season. Dumplings are served along with the sauce.
