Salad of smoked chicken, apples and walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1 smoked chicken breast
1 large green apple
1 avocado
1 small carrot
a small handful of walnuts
½ small red onion
head lettuce

For the filling:

4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons yogurt
1 small clove garlic
1/4 small onion
3-4 sprigs of parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the filling. Finely chop the parsley. Onions and garlic to three on a fine grater and place in small bowl. There also put the parsley, mayonnaise and yogurt, pour the lemon juice and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Red onion cut into thin half-rings. Chicken breasts cut into thin slices.
We remove apple core and cleans the skin. Cut into thin slices.
Avocado cut in half, remove seeds andclean off the peel. The flesh is cut into thin slices. Three carrots on a fine grater. Put in a la carte dish lettuce, chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle with walnuts, broken into large pieces. Serve with dressing.
